Step 3: Sunscreen
Your skin tends to darken after sun exposure, making sunscreen essential for preventing this. Apply sunscreen 30 minutes before going outside and reapply every three hours if you’ll be in the sun for an extended period. Use a teaspoon of sunscreen for your face and neck to ensure full SPF coverage. While SPF 30 is typically sufficient, most people don’t apply it thickly enough, so SPF 50 is recommended

NIGHT REGIME:
Remove your makeup with micellar water, then cleanse your face. Apply demelan cream to the dark patches only under the supervision of a dermatologist for a month. Avoid applying it to normal skin to prevent brightening those areas and increase the contrast between the dark patches and the surrounding skin.
This is a highly potent agent therefore, make sure you start it gradually and a patch test might be needed if your skin is slightly sensitive, If your skin tolerates this product well, you can reapply it for another month after taking a one-month break. However, prolonged use of this ingredient is not recommended.

EAT MULTIVITAMIN DAILY
Many cases of pigmentation persist due to underlying nutritional deficiencies. To help your skin rejuvenate from within, we recommend taking multivitamins for three months to replenish these essential nutrients. You can select from this list of multivitamins. Additionally, prioritize a diet rich in minerals and antioxidants, as outlined in our article, Diet for good skin and Hair
