MORNING REGIME
Step 1: Face wash
Why? It’s essential to remove excess oil, dust, dirt, and pollutants from your face to prevent buildup, which can clog pores and cause pimples. However, your skin shouldn’t feel dry or tight after washing.
How? Wash your face up to three times a day using the technique demonstrated in this video:
Which brand? Choose from the following options based on your skin type:

- Normal skin type: Neutrogena Hydro Boost Gel Cleanser (Available at Amazon.com)
- Dry or Sensitve skin: Neutrogena Ultra Gentle Face Wash (Available at Amazon.com)
Step 2: Moisturiser
Why? Apply moisturizer only if your skin feels dry after completing all the steps in your skincare routine, as treatment products and sunscreen often provide enough hydration. However, if your skin still feels dry, you may need an extra layer of lightweight moisturizer.
How? You can apply moisturiser before treatment product if your skin feels very dry. This will reduce irritation from actives. Otherwise, apply moisturizer after using treatment products. Apply a even layer of light weight moisturizer, starting from the U-zone and ending in the T-zone, using it sparingly.

How? Apply small dots of the serum or moisturizer evenly across your face, then gently massage it in to ensure the product is absorbed. Be sure to avoid the area under your eyes.

Step 4: Sunscreen
Why? Choose a lightweight sunscreen in gel or fluid form that won’t clog your pores, ensuring proper protection without causing breakouts.
How? Apply sunscreen at least 30 minutes before going outside. Use about two fingertip-sized amounts and place large dots across your face. Gently massage it in to spread evenly. Let it absorb fully before applying makeup. Remember to reapply every 3 hours. Avoid heavy makeup or excessive layering of products; opt for lightweight makeup over the sunscreen.
