MORNING REGIME
Step 1 Face wash
Contrary to common belief face wash is unlike to have any effect on pigmentation The objective of washing is to clean the face without making it dry or oily. Based on your skin type, you can choose from the following:
Step 2: Skin-lightening cream
Apply Naturium Tranexamic Acid Treatment 5% in the morning. It combines four major skin-lightening agents- Kojic acid, Arbutin, Tranexamic acid, and Acetyl Glucosamine. It is a good product to treat stubborn dark spots or patches.
Step 3: Sunscreen
Your skin tends to darken after sun exposure, making sunscreen essential for preventing this. Apply sunscreen 30 minutes before going outside and reapply every three hours if you’ll be in the sun for an extended period. Use a teaspoon of sunscreen for your face and neck to ensure full SPF coverage. While SPF 30 is typically sufficient, most people don’t apply it thickly enough, so SPF 50 is recommended

Bioderma Pigmentbio SPF 50+ Daily Care Cream is a sunscreen with skin-lightening agents like Azelaic acid, niacinamide, Vitamin C, Licorice extracts, and Salicylic acid.
NIGHT REGIME:
Remove your makeup with micellar water, then cleanse your face. Apply Obagi Medical Nu-Derm Exfoderm on dark spots only for up to 1-3 months. It has a Glycolic acid and lactic acid blend that exfoliates and brightens your skin. Avoid applying it to normal skin to prevent brightening those areas and increase the contrast between the dark patches and the surrounding skin.
If your skin tolerates this product well, you can reapply it for another three months after taking a one-month break. However, prolonged use of this ingredient is not recommended.

Many cases of pigmentation persist due to underlying nutritional deficiencies. To help your skin rejuvenate from within, we recommend taking multivitamins for three months to replenish these essential nutrients. You can select from this list of multivitamins.
