MORNING REGIME
Step 1 Face wash
Contrary to common belief face wash is unlike to have any effect on pigmentation The objective of washing is to clean the face without making it dry or oily. Based on your skin type, you can choose from the following:
Step 2: Skin Lightening cream
Apply Naturium Tranexamic Acid Treatment 5% in the morning. It combines four major skin-lightening agents- Kojic acid, Arbutin, Tranexamic acid, and Acetyl Glucosamine. It is a good product to treat stubborn dark spots or patches.
Step 3: Sunscreen
Your skin tends to get darker after exposure to the sun. Therefore, sunscreen of at least SPF 50 is essential for preventing the darkening of your skin during sun exposure. You should apply sunscreen daily atleast 30 minutes before stepping out. Repeat three hourly throughout the day until sunset. Apply a teaspoon to the face and neck to achieve full SPF.
