MORNING REGIME

Cleanse your face up to three times a day following the technique shown in this video for optimal results.

- La Roche-Posay Effaclar Purifying Foaming Gel for normal skin type.
- La Roche-Posay Toleriane Hydrating Gentle Face Cleanser for sensitive dry to normal skin type, recommended if your skin gets over dry after using adapalene gel.
Step 2: Moisturiser
A moisturizer may only be needed if your skin feels dry after using other products in your routine. Apply a thin layer, starting with the U-zone and ending with the T-zone.

Step 3: Morning treatment product
Use a treatment product with ingredients like Kojic Acid, Alpha Arbutin, Tranexamic Acid, or Azelaic Acid to help fade post-acne brown marks. Apply small dots across the face and massage gently. Avoid the area under your eyes.

Remove makeup with micellar water and wash your face folowed by moisturiser if neeeded as discused in morning routine.
Step 4 Treatment Product
At night, you can use skin lighteing agents like glycolic acid on stubborn brown scars areas.

WEEKLY REGIME
