MORNING REGIME
Step 1 Face wash
Cleanse your face twice daily with Simple Active Skin Barrier Care Smoothing Gel Face Cleanser. While the actives in face washes typically have limited impact, this one includes lactic acid and hyaluronic acid, which may gently exfoliate and hydrate your skin.
Step 2: Skin-lightening cream
Apply IBGlow Skin Lighting Cream to your entire face. It contains powerful skin-lightening agents like kojic acid and glutathione, and Arbutin.

Step 3: Sunscreen
Your skin tends to darken after sun exposure, making sunscreen essential for preventing this. Apply sunscreen 30 minutes before going outside and reapply every three hours if you’ll be in the sun for an extended period. Use a teaspoon of sunscreen for your face and neck to ensure full SPF coverage. While SPF 30 is typically sufficient, most people don’t apply it thickly enough, so SPF 50 is recommended

NIGHT REGIME:
Remove your makeup with micellar water, then cleanse your face. Apply Ibglow Ultra cream to the dark patches only under the supervision of a dermatologist. Avoid applying it to normal skin to prevent brightening those areas and increase the contrast between the dark patches and the surrounding skin.
If your skin tolerates this product well, you can reapply it for another one month after taking a one-month break. However, prolonged use of this ingredient is not recommended.
